…they look good, don’t they? guess what - they are vegan! Ha! Check out Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World. These are the best cupcakes I’ve ever eaten. Sarah Blair, my prior roommate back in Oberlin, cooked us new types of cupcakes out of this cookbook every night for a week… it was one of the best weeks of my life. We dogged it out with 3-4 cupcakes a night each and played StarCraft till we couldn’t hold our eyes open anymore. Lots o’ fun. One of my goals this summer is to learn how to cook. Not just cook, but cook some slammin’ food. And so now, my mom is kicking my butt in gear to cook two nights a week - which I appreciate. So I’m going to bust out some vegan goodies from my graduation present cookbook, Veganomicon. Tofu Po’Boys and Creamy Tomato Soup here I come! I’ll take some pics and post them - you can all drool to your heart’s content. :)
